This is a shop project for Greg and Joe, The car started life as a 1982 SSP Mustang 5.0 used by the California highway patrol.
The car led a hard life being decommissioned by the CHP in 1985 and then spending the rest of its life go through multiple hands and lots of abuse.
The car was a eBay find for Greg, he quickly came to realize the potential and rarity of the SSP car. Josiah of Coybilt was truly excited by the opportunity to build this mustang with Greg. For all of you not in the know don't know what SSP means it, In 1982 Ford released a police package called a Special Service Package on the existing Mustang Fox platform. The car was purchased and quickly torn down to be media blasted, primed and mocked up with all the new suspension goodies, etc. 
The body will be reinforced with sub frame connectors, cage, and stitch welding the floors to the rockers.
The engine and trans are to be decided, as well as other areas of the car. but stay tuned for updates.
